I loved this movie, I encourage any teacher to watch it. The way he was able to reach these children by simple respect. Sometimes treat children who are struggling at school as the 'duncy' children they have less of a respect for them. I have witnessed teachers calling children 'duncy' to their faces and telling them 'you will never amount to anything' this is sad but a reality. Respect is something that goes a long way with these students they learn to believe in you when you believe in them. Again, Great movie!
